Community Links Service
Our Community Link Service is designed to meet individual needs, abilities and preferences with a focus on supporting survivors, their families and carers to come to terms with the changed circumstances brought about by brain injury.
We provide practical help, advice and signposting for any emerging issues (housing/debt/benefits/legal services etc.) as well as brain injury recovery advice and support.
Our Community Link service can be accessed at any time for acquired brain injury clients. This might include supporting family and friends during the acute recovery phase, it might be resolving practical issues during rehabilitation or it might be supporting a return to work or finding a volunteer opportunity.
Our individual support service will travel to the individual, meeting them in their local community at a time that suits them and support them to make the most of all their available resources.
